Our Process

Step 1:

Assessment Client assessment is the first step. This step is so important we do this right wawy. Your project manager will either call or corespond through email (your preference). We need to get to know about you and what you are trying to accomplish. We have a ton of questions to ask to get to know your situation in depth before we begin each project.

Step 2:

Analysis and Research We will need to research your industry to see who the competition is, what features are standard, and what will give us an edge.

Step 3:

Initial Design Proof The next step is where we design your custom site. This will not be a funstioning version of the website, v=rather a artistic representation of what we will develop. We give you a sample of the design to proof before we begin the development to ensure we get meet your needs. We offer as many revision as needed to get the design right. In fact we do not move to develoment until the design is approved.

Step 4:

Development This is where we turn the artwork you approved into a fully functional website. The development process can include but not be limited to HTML, CSS, PHP, AJAX, Java, and more. We make the site funnction 100%, and even include the content. The content can be written by our Masters Degree in English Copy writer extraodinaire. Or you can provide the content in full before the beginning of development.

Step 5:

7 Day Test Drive This is our test phase. We give you 7 days to test out your new site. Make sure we captured every detail we planned in the beginning. We will always fix our bugs for free. So if it doesnt work correctly at anytime due to our code we will fix it, no charge to you. The test drive is to compare functionality, and make sure it is how you want your website.
